Warehouse and production employee (m/f/d)

Employee (m/f/d) wanted for our warehouse and production in Hamburg Stellingen.

Terheggen & Dethlefsen GmbH was founded in Hamburg in 1992 as a service provider for companies in the food industry. At our Stellingen site, we develop market-driven products, particularly for the delicatessen, soup, sauce and fish industries, and produce customer-specific blends of functional and flavor-enhancing dry components.

We are looking for a colleague with relevant professional experience to join our team in our warehouse and production.

Your tasks:

Unloading trucks and containers with front or reach trucks, goods receiving, incoming goods inspection, booking in our ERP system, storage and sampling for our QA department
Loading of trucks with front or reach trucks as well as prior picking, packing and preparation of finished goods. You will be supported by our ERP system and scanner when creating documents
In-plant pallet transport with pallet trucks and electric ants
Labeling the pallets
General warehouse activities such as space optimization and cleaning of walking and storage areas
Production of dry food mixes with and without herbs for the food industry together with your team
Independent operation of the production facilities
Weighing the raw materials, labeling, sampling, filling and packaging the mixtures and palletizing the goods
Transport of finished goods pallets to the warehouse with pallet truck and electric ant
Cleaning systems, work equipment and the surrounding area in accordance with the relevant specifications
Checking and compliance with quality and hygiene standards

Your profile:

Personal commitment, independent thinking and acting, as well as a high degree of reliability and accuracy, you support and stand by your team
A certain level of physical fitness, as our production is not fully automated
Professional experience in the food trade or food production is desirable but not a prerequisite
Good written and spoken German
A forklift license is required for warehouse work
